Managing the project in a fair and transparent manner, ensuring effective communication between participants, consortium bodies, and stakeholders as well as with the EU Commission in order to create the Leading Research Working Groups, which brings research to a new stage using the reinforced scientific networks between GATHERS project partners.

Plan for the Exploitation and Dissemination of the Results, Data Management Plan, Innovation Development Plan.

ESR training in Satellite Radar Interferometry (InSAR)

Coordinator: TU Delf


Objective: Managing and supervising the enhance of methodological and technological knowledge of UPWr staff in the field of Satellite Radar Interferometry (InSAR) for monitoring of Earth’s crust deformations in order to become a leading centre of excellence in the geospatial sciences in Central and Eastern Europe Region.

ESR training in Laser scanning (LiDAR)

Objective: Managing and supervising the enhance of methodological and technological knowledge of UPWr in the field of Laser scanning (LiDAR) for monitoring of Earth’s crust deformations in order to become a leading centre of excellence in the geospatial sciences in Central and Eastern Europe Region.

ESR training in GNSS seismology

Coordinator: SAPIENZA


Objective: Managing and supervising the enhance of methodological and technological knowledge of UPWr in the field of GNSS seismology for monitoring of Earth’s crust tremors due to induced by mining activities seismicity, in order to become a leading centre of excellence in the geospatial sciences in Central and Eastern Europe Region.

WP5

Knowledge integration

Coordinator: UPWr


Objective: Upgrading on the gained results and establishing good practices of open education in advanced geodesy for UPWr in order to equip research staff in both hard and soft skills necessary to step up to excellence in the areas of Interferometric synthetic-aperture radar (InSAR), LiDAR and GNSS Seismology by the end of the project, as well as training new cohorts of early stage researchers capable to find a leading role in the geospatial market.

Communication & Dissemination

Coordinator: UPWr


Objective: Giving visibility to the full-scale application of GATHERS towards, policy makers, PU authorities, local and national development agencies, associations of enterprises, research centres, universities, among other stakeholders.
