CONGRATULATIONS to Agata Walicka, who just defended her PhD thesis in Wroclaw!
For her Doctoral Thesis she worked on an Application of terrestrial laser scanning for the monitoring of changes in the mountain river bed.
Within the GATHERS project she completed a 4-month hybrid internship in TU Wien in 2021 under the supervision of prof. Grzegorz Jóźków (UPWr) and prof Norbert Pfeifer (TU Wien).
Agata and prof. Pfeifer published the results of their research in IEEE Xplore and also developed a new winning project in the Polish National Science Centre Preludium 20.
